I remember one day a few years ago when i met a woman in an internet cafe that was sat at the next computer to me while i surf the web. We got chatting about all kinds of stuff and laughing and joking. After about 3 months of doing nothing to further our relationship i finally built up the courage to ask her out on a date, which she immediately said yes to like an over excited child on Christmas morning. I was a little nervous as i hadn't been on a date for what seemed like an eternity.

Maybe she has always had a certain 'thing' for web developers was all i could think of but it didn't matter to me as she was the most beautiful woman i had ever seen.

I've never heard of a man marrying a woman he met in an internet cafe before but maybe i could be the first. After our date i had to go away for a little while on business but every chance i could i found the nearest internet cafe and i would sit at their desktop computer chatting to her while i surf the web.

We agreed that when i came back we were going to go on a long vacation to get to know each other a bit more with no desktop computers in site. I emailed all my friends and family while i sat and surf the web to tell them all about this miracle that had happened in my life. They were over the moon and so happy for me.

I don't recall any time in my life when i ever felt so happy to be sat at a desktop computer then when i was chatting to her over the web. We dated for about a year before i asked her the most important question in anybodies life. "Will you marry me" i said and she just couldn't stop screaming.

We eventually got married the following summer and had an amazing honeymoon that would be any couples dream. I will never be able to stop telling the story of how we first met and to say we are still together today is just amazing.
