Published Thursday, 9th Jul 18:18 BST

Call centers. These are places where users all over the world call in to a toll free numbers with their problems and their call will re route to respective representatives who will do their best to resolve their issues as much as possible and as fast as they could. These representatives can render support to help resolve broadband provider issues, internet connection problems and also soft ware for virus, pop-up and any malicious things present in the web. Just to explain how this set-up works, example a broadband provider (the one responsible for your internet connection at home), did some reconfiguring on the network and a consumer cannot go into the web because of down internet connection, the later will then dial the toll free number of the broadband provider and will yell at the representative on the other end of the line. Poor representative he gets all the blame. Tsk tsk. As the story goes on, the consumer will lodge a lot of complain, while the representative will just be empathic saying "I understand....I know where youre coming from..yadah yadah yadah..", but in reality he is already pissed off and ready to lose the grip as he keeps on being scolded and is acting as foam absorbing all the curses and blame. In the end, the consumer will always be right as he or she is the one paying. Another scenario, a consumer keeps on surfing and going into websites bombarded with malicious and malevolent softwares, example of which are pop-up, malware, spyware, trojan and virus. Pop-up can be easily eliminated if you turn on your pop-up blocker option which is a free component of your internet explorer or any browser. Then if his or her pc gets infected he or she will call the call center and same goes on. Scolding the representative of the anti virus software glitches well in fact it is because of his or her own doing in the first place. Sigh. Usually this call centers are located overseas due to cheaper labor. Imagine you earning dollars and spending peso. Great pay isnt it? But to absorb all this burden and curses..No thanks.

My laptop runs so hot sometimes it’s impossible to imagine I could ever use it on my lap. This thing is too heavy and cumbersome to enjoy anywhere other than on a stand or desk. I love to use it when we go outside or on vacation; I just have to remember to bring its fan and something to set it up on. The internet connection when I get it outside is pretty fast, I have a hard time getting an internet access point when we go on vacation with it though. I always have trouble with the instructions I get from the hotels we always use. I think that once I get into the home page for the internet access everything is automatic; it’s just getting to that home page that causes all the trouble.

Nathan worked for re route ltd and had lots of previous work experience for several computer companies. Nathan loved just about everything related to computers, in fact, he made his whole life revolve around computers. He worked with computers and in his spare time he would often spend lots of time on-line making a download or playing on-line gaming. Nathan just loved to be on-line. He saw the future world on-line. Media and technology was enhancing and theInternet and computers were dominating every body's life. Nathan would often download games and sometimes download music when he was not on-line gaming. Nathan knew of many on-line gaming sites. Nathan had a favourite game which involved shooting down the enemy and collecting treasure in a parallel world. He really loved the game because the graphics were just amazing and mesmerizing. He saw it as one of the only fantasy-adventure games worth playing because of the superb graphics.

Jade was impressed with re route when she logged on to her pc. Jane loved her pc dearly and would regularly log onto her pc to check her e-mails and surf the Internet. Jane was also keen to start on-line investing as she heard you could make quite a fair amount of money from on-line investing. Jane started her own on-line investing business and had her main business web site as her home page. This meant that each time Jane logged on to the Internet and was taken to her home page, her home page would immediately display Jane's business web site and thus make it easier and quicker to access.

The internet is a necessity in everyday life, it seems for many of us. It is easier to do an on-line search than it is to search a phone book, or read a whole book to research a subject. All you have to do is type the information into the search engine to perform the on-line search and the links will re route you to the page which is most applicable to your search.

re-route is a great Internet experience opportunity. Jade loved re-route. Jade also loved on-line shopping, joining her favourite social network and when she was off-line she loved to go swimming. On-line shopping was great because she would use cash back offers and also find discount deals. She loved her network as this was how she stayed in touch with her friends. Her network was her addiction, as was on-line shopping!. As well as swimming, Jade also liked to go to the cinema to watch films and visit family and go on holidays abroad when she was off-line. Jade was off-line a lot because she didn't want her life to evolve around the Internet.

Published Wednesday, 1st Jul 19:16 BST

There was once a prince who lived in an enormous palace on a tropical island. The palace was full of crystal and each room was painted with royal colours of purple and gold. The palace was like an imitation of a palace from Ancient Greece, with beautiful gardens which were very picturesque and great halls with rows and rows of tall and comfortable chairs. The prince was a programmer who worked from his desktop and usually stayed off-line to avoid distractions from people on the likes of networking sites and messenger services. The prince was a programmer for a Virtual reality game which proved to be a huge success with teenagers. Of course, The prince was very wealthy and did not need a job to make money but it was just a hobby and a passion to be a programmer to pass on the time which could become surprisingly, a little boring in the palace. The prince liked to stay off-line because he had a traditional belief that it was better to be in the open outdoors rather than be cramped inside on the Internet. Yes, he liked to work from his desktop and even play games which he had as icons on his desktop at times, but still, most of the time, The prince preferred to stay off-line and take long strolls in the rolling hills of the countryside or do a little gardening on his huge green lawns.

Re-route ltd was a company involved in social networking and its clarity of purpose was to increase people's social networking. In today's modern world, networking has become a great way to generate an online income. Many people go in an internet cafe to use social networking websites. In an internet cafe, you can buy drinks, buy snacks or obviously surf the web but the annoying thing for many people is a pop-up.Apop-up is very annoying because a pop-up distracts people from what they were working on. AAn internet cafe is also a great place to meet some great new people.

I can't stand pop-up windows. I consider them to be the spawn of the devil. I mean, not all of them are irritating, of course. But a lot of them are. Especially the utterly meaningless ones with the smiley faces/icons splattered over them. What is the bloody point of them? They're flashy, irritating and pointless, if you ask me. And anyone that thinks they're not needs to get out more often. Really.Whoever sat down one day and thought it would be cute to design an endless amount of those little pop-up incessants really missed the point of webdesign. It's meant to be a user-friendly experience when one logs onto their computer and hops on the internet, not a case of "let's play Dodge the Pop-ups", like an extremely extreeeemely poor version of Space Invaders. My computer, Delilah, doesn't like pop-ups, so please don't get her goat, or you'll be sorry you ever used a Computer. Grrrr.

I have been asked this question a few times since the generation of computers have come into the decade. Do I do on-line banking. Yes, I have done on-line banking for about 4 years now. The reason I like on-line banking is cause some days you just don't feel like getting out of bed to pay bills. I know some places have started charging a fee to pay a bill like in a store. Why pay the fee, if you can do On-line Banking.

Published Tuesday, 16th Jun 11:37 BST

I had an interesting instant message the other day. The person I got it from I had never talked to before and they had never been on my instant messaging program as a contact that I could remember. I went into the gaming network I play in regularly and entered the name in the search engine for this person and there was nobody by that id found. I asked a couple of my friends that were online at the time and they had never heard of them before either. I kept asking them who they were and I had no reply from them. What was curious was they had sent me a file share request and the extension was a jpeg. I didn’t accept it. I know it’s very easy to get a virus, accepting a file and especially a jpeg file from someone you don’t know. Finally,I just closed and tried to forget about it. I thought of another network I frequent, it's a different game site but has a really great Web Design, and ran this identification in its Search Engine. Again, no one by that name was found. The next day I was minding my own business when a friend of mine who I hadn't talked to for a long time on my instant messaging program sent out a group message telling everyone not to open any messages sent out to us by his id. That he had clicked on a file share request, nowfriends were getting website pop ups like crazy. He had sent out to all on his list a virus. I didn't reply to him, I just closed his window and deleted his id from my instant messaging program. I had saved the name that I had received with a suspicious URL,what I suspected was the same thing as David had just messaged me, about. I began to go through another several search engine trying to find out anything I could about this person. I finally did find out that this person was a child and that he had got into one of my contacts computers the day before, while she was at work. The Network I found him through was one I don't use often. He must have found out us chatting and played games in there. He is 14 and a real wizard on the computer. Luckily this was not the first time he had been caught doing this and he was stopped once again because of his reputation. Once she found out what had happened to her contacts; she knew what had happened and who had done it.

My sons love to play this gaming console through the Internet. Surfing the Internetthey find players to join them and play as a team on the PC. I went into one of their PC the other day to check out the web design for the game console and all of these games are too real. I caught myself wondering how in the world they managed to make such a realistic looking landscape. They all use wifi so they are wireless. I asked one of them once why they have such a good time on the PC, and found out that they chat together through headsets while they play, and it doesn’t matter where each of them are. They use wifi so there is no hassle of wiring either. I decided to sit in on one of their games and was amazed at how much they enjoy this form of play. Now, we’re talking about grown-ups here, not children.

Spending time On-line is my favourite way to relax, and I particularly enjoy visiting various web forums. I have been a moderator on a several forums (although not forseveral years)and the first forum I was allowed to become a moderator of was one that was run by a friend of mine. This involved making sure discussions stayed on topic, and that no illegal/inappropriate content found its way onto the forum. It is sometimes hard to be a Moderator on a busy forum as there is lots of room for good natured debate to get out of hand and turn to insults.
